The Event Centre will be at HYLATIO TOURIST VILLAGE, Pissouri.

PRIZES:
Prizes will be awarded to the overall winner, second and third in each category after the first four events. The Sprint event will have separate prizes.

DEADLINES:
All entries paid BEFORE 31/12/2023 will receive 50% discount.
All accommodation bookings are on a first come first served basis, so we strongly suggest you book and pay early to avoid disappointment. (NB – Our Event Centre at Hylatio Tourist Village is a popular resort, great value for money and was fully booked three months in advance last time).
The final date for entries and accommodation bookings is 20 February 2024.
Please note that any entries or accommodation bookings not paid for by 21 February 2024 and any last minute exceptional entries after that date, will be subject to an additional 20% charge.
Any cancellations will be refunded, minus any bank charges, only up until 20 February 2024.

EMBARGOED AREAS:
The following areas, as from 01 August 2023, are considered OUT OF BOUNDS and embargoed for any type of events and or training, including hiking or walking:
PIKNI FOREST, LAKKO FRANGO and MELANDA orienteering areas.
Likewise, LOPHOU VILLAGE is also considered embargoed for any type of event and or training as from 01 August 2023.
