The Event Centre will be at Cactus Hotel, Larnaca from 17th to 20th and at Asty Hotel, Nicosia from 21st to 22nd March 2026.

◪ CLASSES:
Under 10 (shadowing permitted),
M/W12, M/W14, M/W16, M/W18, M/W20, M/W21, M/W21E, M/W35, M/W40/ M/W45, M/W50 M/W55, M/W60, M/W65, M/W70, M/W75, M/W80+
NB – The organisers hold the right to amalgamate or expand classes depending on the number of entries.
◪ ENTRY FEES:
€90.00 per competitor for all five stages (five events). (Under 10yrs half price).
€20.00 per competitor for single events.

◪ EQUIPMENT:
Runners are to provide their own compass and whistle.
Full leg coverage is highly recommended for all events except the sprint on the last day.
SPORTident electronic timing will be used. Own SPORTident cards may be used. Rent of SPORTident card is €10.00 for all five days or €3.00 per single day. Please note that loss of rented SPORTident card will be charged at €40 each.
Please note that touch-free punching with SIACs will NOT be enabled during the week.
Prizes and Deadlines
◪ PRIZES:
Prizes will be awarded to the overall winner, second and third in each category after the first four events. The Sprint event will have separate prizes.
◪ DEADLINES:
All entries paid BEFORE 31/12/2025 will receive 40% discount, (ie the price will be €54.00)
All accommodation offered in this bulletin are on a first come first served basis, so we strongly suggest you book and pay early to avoid disappointment.
The final date for entries and accommodation bookings is 22 February 2026.
Please note that any entries or accommodation bookings not paid for by 23 February 2026 and any last minute exceptional entries after that date, will be subject to an additional 20% charge.
Any cancellations will be refunded, minus any bank charges, only up until 22 February 2026.
◪ EMBARGOED AREAS:
The following areas, as from 01 August 2025, are considered OUT OF BOUNDS and embargoed for any type of events and or training, including hiking or walking:
DELIKIPOS, SIA-MATHIATIS and AETOMOUTTI orienteering areas.
Please note that Nicosia old town is NOT out of bounds.
